To adjust the ingnition, it is mark for 0° of the crancksaft.

I glue on the cylinder block a small alumunium part and I put on it a mark.

On the front pulley I made some mark for différents speeds.

0° mark is the first one.

The others were made for this values below.

400-500 rpm                      4°
1000     rpm                     8°-9°
1500     rpm                     12°-13°
2000     rpm                     17°-18°

Using the jig I have build, it was difficult to stabilize it, due the Forn2N had onlt a draft control.

I spend time to modifie the inside hydraulics components.

At the end I get a double control : draft and position on the same lever.
 

The principe of the modification can be understand on this 2 schematics.

In draft control the "fourche de commande" and the "valve de commande" receive the efforts from control lever and third point linkage: if the control lever is push to the fronf pull the valve, oil can flow out the hydraulic cylinder, lifting arms go down until the effort on the third point spring push the valve, oil go again in the hydraulic cylinder : the implement is leveled.

In the news systeme if the control lever is push to the front, the valve is pulled, oil flow out the hydraulic cylinder, the liftings arms goes down until the cam push the valve stopping th oil out flow; the lifting arms are levelled.

The position control is active on the 2/3 upper part of the cadran and draft control is active on the 2/3 lower part of the cadran.
